What this policy covers
This policy covers information you share through this website and when you contact us about working with us. If you take part in a research study we run, the information collected in that study is handled under the terms explained to you for that study.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. Through the contact form, that is:
- your name, company and work email address;
- your phone number, if you add it;
- what you are trying to learn, the market or location involved, and the service you are interested in.
If you email or call us, we receive the details you share that way. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in an enquiry.
What we do not collect
This website does not use cookies, and it does not run analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. It does not load fonts or scripts from other companies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical records, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to operate and protect the site.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you have in mind;
- to keep a record of our conversation, and of any work that follows;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver your enquiry: our website hosting provider, and Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. They may only use it to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
These providers may process information outside Kuwait and Bahrain. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on any work that results, and as required by law. After that, we delete them.
Keeping it secure
The website is served over an encrypted connection, and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live, data-protection law, such as Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018), may give you further rights. To make a request, email info@GetBeyondData.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and organisations, not for children.
